What menu do you serve on Sunday?

On Sundays we serve a 2 or 3 course set menu featuring dishes from our ala carte menu and traditional beef roast. Served 12-19:15

Can you cater for all dietary requirements?

When making a booking, please let us know of any allergies or intolerances.

Whilst we follow best practice at all times, we do like to highlight the fact that all the dishes we serve are produced in an environment where allergens are also prepared and cooked. We cannot guarantee that the environment will be completely allergen-free.

Please note our taster menu can not be adapted

Do I need to make a reservation ?

We strongly recommend booking ahead, as we cannot guarantee a table. If you are happy to wait with a drink, we will always try to accommodate you in the dining room. In good weather, you can enjoy dishes from our garden menu in our garden without a reservation.

Can I book a table in the garden?

These tables are not available to book and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do you require a deposit to make a reservation ?

All our online booking require card details, a £10pp deposit is required for tables of 10-12

 All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows or cancellations less than 2 days in advance may be subject to a charge of £10 per person.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly require guests to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend.

Room Cancellation Policy

We require 48hours notice for room cancelation otherwise there is a charge for the first night stay.

Is there a service charge?

A optional service charge of 10% will be added to all bills; this is shared between all staff. No service charge will be added to drinks orders placed at the bar.


Do you accept American Express?

Yes we accept American express and other major credit/debit cards

Do you allow dogs?

Dogs are allowed in the bar area but not within the bedrooms. We ask that you keep your dog on a lead at all times whether inside or in the garden area.

Should your dog bark excessively or display aggressive behaviour towards other dogs or guests, we will ask that you remove your dog from the premises.

We have 11 bedrooms at The Shibden Mill Inn, they can be booked through our website here


Is there any on-site parking?

We have 2 car parks available for guests of the inn

Can I pop in for a drink?

Of course you’re more than welcome to pop in for a drink

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer monetary gift vouchers for The Shibden Mill  Inn which can be used towards food, drinks or DBB packages. Gift vouchers are available email format and can be ordered here.
